Not a contest here at DeviantART, but at my highschool. Every year they put out this magazine that includes art and poems from students. And every year there is a contest for the cover of the magazine. This is my entry. I'll let you know if its chosen.

it looked very good originaly, but it looks even better now that you've added color! Ignore my other comment, because now that you added a color background, it doesn't looks like somethings missing. I think you have a very good chance of winning the contest, good luck!
